- Keibetsu means scorn or disdain.

(1)  虚無 /kyomu : nihility;  nothingness

(2) "oath soba ni" : "soba ni" can be translated as "by my side" or even "by your side" since the sentence has no subject. For a better interpretation it could be translated as "stay here" ("koko ni itte" in Japanese) and would avoid the mentioned problem.
