From ryo. To all the ones who are supporting me.

To all the people who has supported me, the work I have done and the activities in which I have been involved until now. Please, let me take this occasion to express myself.

There has been some speculations in the past related to my work and (music) activities exchanged on the net.
Regardless the veracity of its content, there hasn't been a response (from his part) to those topics that were exchanged on the net.
But, what I am going to say now it is about me, about the staff involved, and the ones who have supported me until now, so I took the decision and reconsidered that I should give a respond rather than keep waiting in silence*.

About the use of jacket designs in my work.
In the time I was in the band GULLET, I was in charge of the design.
I was pointed out with "didn't he get a formal license?" in regards to the use of the jacket of the CD "desert" that was published in 2002.
Though I got the consentment from the office of its owner (the one who made the jacket), that consentment was after its release.
I apologize to the ones in charge to answer me and the fans for having incurred your distrust.


About the earthquake disaster donation money.
At the time I was in 9GOATS BLACK OUT, the donation money we collected was used to help with the reconstruction after the Tohoku earthquake,
before sending the money, as we reported on the official website of the band, due to the earthquake we were concerned of the collapse of the live venue so we changed it.
The support live's usage charge was only assigned for the reconstruction, the remaining money was all donated to the japanese Red Cross.
In theory, we should prove this, but, after we finished our activities, that certificate has disappeared.
No matter how we explain those circumstances, that would cause again suspicions without explaining that fact, and since that time we didn't report it with the certificate there had been taken frecuently wrong conclusions.
Even though we asked several times to the Red Cross, since it was not possible to identify the appropriate certificate, their answer was that they couldn't make a replacement.
Although I think is unavoidable thinking that I embezzled the donation money in this kind of situation, there has been no appropriation of funds nor fraud from the band.
We will continue taking counter-measures along with the person in charge in order to show you that certificate.


In the name of the bands and regarding those matters, the members of GULLET that time and 9GOATS BLACK OUT,
I am informing you like this after gaining their approval. And along with the staff, we humbly apologize for having worried all of you.

The work I have done until now, the music and melodies, songs and their themes,
and of course the feelings of all the members and staff related haven't changed.

Even though I can accept any criticism I receive,
I would like the friends with whom I have been active and with whom I had made music taking all their effort, to stop receiving it like this.


It has been a long time until I give this answer so I would like to apologize from the bottom of my heart to everyone that has had any sense of distrust.
Due to my own lack of recognition and judgment, I would also like to humbly apologize to the staff members and the friends that I also made have this feeling.
